I posted a comment on your site but also wanted to tell you personally that I also recently lost my Mom. She was my best friend and I learned to cook by watching and helping her. Her loss was very devastating to me and rather than become upset (which I do regardless), I throw that energy into cooking.
You seem to cook from your heart and also her heart. It is an obvious passion for you. You should consider doing a cookbook with your recipes because they are diverse, look incredibly scrumptuous, do not seem labor-intensive and are very easy to follow especially with the great pictures provided. People that like to prepare quick and easy yet tasty meals would love something like this at their disposal. While I find looking online for recipes an excellent source, the convenience of a cookbook to flip through while in the kitchen beats the heck out of having to run into the other room every few minutes to check the recipe or having to commit it to paper. Besides, one can look at the pictures to ensure that everything looks and proceeds as planned.
My heart goes out to you and your sister with your loss but know that there are so many things that she gave you that will always be in your heart.

Tried another one of your fabulous recipes-Chicken with Spinach and Ricotta. Absolutely delicious! The pictures on your site are always so helpful. My family was impressed!!! Can’t wait to try another one!
